THE FINISH LINE
CHANGED.
THE PURPOSE GREW.
A dream of wearing the India jersey built the standards. Teaching gave them a new direction.
My journey began on a school ground, from Kho Kho to basketball and finally athletics. Representing Karnataka in more than 20 national-level competitions taught me what consistent preparation demands.
A serious spinal injury changed that path. Recovery became an education in movement, injury prevention and strength & conditioning. Working alongside physiotherapists in an exercise-support role helped shape the coach I am today.
Now, as a physical educator and founder of Team Optimum Power, I bring those lessons to every child, every athlete and every session.
